Each submarine you destroy is worth 250 points. You score points for collecting stars, destroying fish, and shooting submarines. Bomb – blows up everything on the screen. Fireball – obtain more bullets to shoot. You can also pick up power ups which give you more firepower, temporarily clear the screen of enemies, or add to your health. When you shoot the shot goes out horizontally across the screen in a flat plane. Shoot the enemies in front of you to score points. Adjust your elevation to avoid floating mines and shots from other submarines. 
Your goal is to travel as far as you can while avoiding taking damage, and to defeat as many submarines and underwater creatures as you can along your journey. The shoot button is in the lower right corner. The upper right corner has buttons for pausing the game and sound control. Across the top of the screen the game shows your health (as represented by hearts), distance traveled, game score, and fireballs. The shoot bullets button is in the lower right corner of the screen. The move up and down buttons are in the lower left of the screen. Place your mouse cursor over the button in the lower right corner and left click to shoot bullets. Press neither button and you will slowly descend. Use the down arrow key on your keyboard to descend quickly. Use the up arrow key on your keyboard to ascend. Press the play button in the bottom center of the welcome screen to start the game. Collect power ups to further your journey and shoot down other submarines before they hit you.
